Community Mobilization
Mobilized 35 women's groups, 53 mixed farmer groups, 17 drinking-water user committees, and 14 community-forest user groups across rural project areas.
Economic Self-Reliance
Managed and rotated an internal revolving micro-fund exceeding NPR 13 Lakhs for grassroots income-generation and sustainable livelihood activities.
Civic Rights & Advocacy
Conducted continuous civic rights awareness, legal literacy, and community advocacy programmes across 25 Village Development Committees (VDCs) and Dhankuta Municipality.
Women Empowerment
Delivered comprehensive legal-sensitization and rights-empowerment training for more than 900 rural women leaders.
Gender Equity Leadership
Developed and deployed specialized community facilitators for regional gender-awareness conferences, workshops, and equity dialogues.
Community Health & Sanitation
Executed intensive community health and hygiene improvement initiatives across 14 VDCs in partnership with Britain-Nepal Medical Trust (BNMT).

Smoke-Free Declarations

Water Infrastructure
Constructed and commissioned 32 rural drinking-water and sanitation schemes across Dhankuta, Tehrathum, and Sankhuwasabha districts from 2056 BS onwards.
